The Agentic platform has many pre-built agents you can use out of the box but it is you can also possible to create your own agent based on these pre-built agents using templates.

Step 1: Select a template

To do so, begin by going go to the Agents menu items and creating a new agent with and click the + Create an agent button, or click directly on the + Create an assistant button. Thenagent button at the top of the page when in build mode.

Then, during the first step of the creation process, you can browse the library of agent templates and select one you would like to customize. Note that you can filter the templates by type name or category to find one quicker.

In this example, we will choose the “….” Customer support agent template.
