Below are the steps to create new ServiceNow credentials:
Navigate to Admin Administration > Credentials.
Click Add credentials to create new credentials;
Select the ServiceNow card;
Next, name your credentials, e.g. ServiceNow service account;
Type the URL of your ServiceNow instance, such as
https://mycompany.service-now.com.Provide the Username to connect to this site.
Provide the Password associated with the given Username.
