Kbot is a virtual assistant that helps you work in O365 environment. If you have any questions about O365 products, ask Kbot. It has got the access to knowledge bases with O365 information, so you do not need to use the search systems by yourself. Ask Kbot and get the answers right away.

Where does Kbot search for the information?
There are five main sources of knowledge.
Mandarine MOOC

Recommender System
The Kbot internal system that analyzes articles that have been liked by users. Based on this analysis, Kbot offers useful articles to users when appropriate, which speeds up the search for a solution.
