Recommender System

The Kbot internal system that analyzes articles that have been liked by users. Based on this analysis, Kbot offers useful articles to users when appropriate, which speeds up the search for a solution. If your colleagues consider some articles useful - Kbot displays these articles in the first place.

Teams tab

Click Teams on the left side of the window > select your team > click the tab with the solution at the top of the window.

One-on-one chat

Click More added apps on the left side of the window > select o365. Once you have started the conversation, you will see it in the Chat menu (the Conversation tab) as well.
