Kbot is a virtual assistant that helps you work in O365 environment. If you have any questions about O365 products, ask Kbot. It has got access to knowledge bases with information about O365 information, so you do not need to use the search systems by yourself. Ask Kbot and get the answers to your question right away!

Recommender System
The Kbot internal system that analyzes articles that have been liked by usersusers marked as useful. Based on this analysis, Kbot offers useful articles to users when appropriate, which speeds speeding up the search for a solution. If your colleagues consider some articles useful - Kbot displays these articles in the first place.
Can Kbot create tickets?
If you need to create a ticket, Kbot can do it for you. Type the name of the ticket, add the description, estimate the priority, etc.
