This page describes how to install Koji in Atlassian Data Center.

Installing Koji - temporary

Note

This part is a temporary solution. Once the app is available in the Marketplace, the installation is preformed from there.

Prerequisites

Download the JAR file with Koji:

Network constraints

There are a few things to know about the connection between the Koji app, Data Center, and Koji server before you start using Koji. To read about this topic, see the Koji network constraints page.

Installing Koji

1. In your Atlassian Jira Service Management, click Projects in the upper left of the window and select a project.

5. Click Upload app, specify the kbot-1.0.0.JAR file with the appthat you have downloaded, and click Upload.

6. The installation process starts. Once it is finished, the system displays the confirmation message.

Installing Koji - Marketplace

Note

This part is to be updated once the app is available in the Market.

1. Go to Koji page on the Atlassian Marketplace.

2. Click Try it free in the upper right of the window.

3. Select the site you want to add Koji to and click Start free trial.

Configuring Koji

Configuring Koji is simple, as there is only one parameter to set: the Kbot URL. This parameter is available in Backoffice configuration, which appears once the app is installed.

1. Click Backoffice configuration.

2. Type the URL: kjira.konverso.ai.

3. Click Save.

Koji settings

The Koji widget button is not embedded on the portal page itself: it appears as a separate element. Thus, the following parameters in Koji settings are unavailable for the Data Center version:

  • Display the chatbot in the portal

  • Display the chatbot above the ticket options
