This page describes how to install Koji in Atlassian Data Center.

Prerequisites

Download the JAR file with Koji:

Network constraints

There are a few things to know about the connection between the Koji app, Data Center, and Koji server before you start using Koji. To read about this topic, see the Koji network constraints page.

Installing Koji

1. In your Atlassian Jira Service Management, click Projects in the upper left of the window and select a project.

5. Click Upload app, specify the kbot-1.0.0.JAR file with the appthat you have downloaded, and click Upload.

6. The installation process starts. Once it is finished, the system displays the confirmation message.

1. Click Backoffice configuration.

2. Type the URL: kjira.konverso.ai.

3. Click Save.

Koji settings

The Data Center has only one display-related parameter in Koji settings: “Display the chatbot in the portal”. The “Display the chatbot above the ticket options” is available only for Cloud version.
