Once you are provided with the Koji instance from Konverso, you must connect it with your Jira Service Management instance. To do so, install the Koji app in your Jira. This page describes the way to do it.

Prerequisites

Make sure kbot.conf on the solution level of your Koji host has got the following parameters:

atlassian_connect_key = ai.konverso.kbot.solo-koji
atlassian_license_force_valid = true

Installing Koji

To connect your Koji instance with your Jira Service Management instance:

1. In your Atlassian Jira Service Management, click Projects in the upper left of the window and select a project.

2. Click Settings in the upper right of the window and select Apps.

3. In the Apps view, click Manage apps on the left side (by default the Find new apps page might be opened).

4. Click Settings, select Enable development mode checkbox, and click Apply.

5. Reload the page. The Upload app button should appear.

6. Click Upload app, specify the URL: https://<your-tenant>.konverso.ai/jira-ext/atlassian-connect.json, and click Upload.

7. The installation process begins. Once it is finished, the system displays a notification.

Now you can start getting familiar with Koji. Go to your Jira Service Management project and click Koji backoffice on the left side of the window. Your brand new Koji is ready to go!
