The Agentic platform has many pre-built agents you can use out of the box but you can also create your own agent based on these pre-built agents using templates.
Step 1: Select a template
To do so, go to the Agents menu and click the + Create an agent button, or click directly on the + Create agent button at the top of the page when in build mode.
Then, during the first step of the creation process, you can browse the library of agent templates and select one you would like to customize. Note that you can filter the templates by name or category to find one quicker.
In this example, we will choose the Customer support agent template.

Step 2: Customize the template
After choosing a template, you will find all the configuration information already filled. To make it more fitting to your case, you will need to modify the various fields according to your needs.
