My setup
Define the behavior of your virtual assistant:
Enable social chatting, so the assistant can keep up the ball.
Enable specific knowledge bases. For instance, the assistant starts to look for answers in the knowledge base that is associated with your Service Desk. But it can look for information in sources that store specific data, such as Microsoft O365 support, or Google G-Suite support.
