The AI Agent platform has many pre-built agents you can use out of the box but you can also create your own agent based on these pre-built agents using templates.

Step 1: Select a template

To do so, go to the Build > Agents menu and click the Create an agent button, or click directly on the Create an agent button on the top right of the page.

Then, during the first step of the creation process, you can browse the library of agent templates and select one you would like to customize. You can find a specific template quickly by filtering by name or category.

For instance, you can select the Customer support agent template to customize it to fit your use case.

Step 2: Customize the template

After choosing a template, you will be able to view all the pre-filled information of the template and change it according to your needs.
