What languages does Kbot know?
Currently, Kbot supports two languages: French and English. You can switch between languages during conversations.
Where does Kbot search for the information?
Kbot provides federated searches and may look for content in various Snow tables or other corporate sites such as Sharepoint sites, or other public sites such as Microsoft Support or Google Support documentation.

Where can I talk to Kbot?
Kbot supports multiple communication channels, including web chat, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Skype for Business, etc. The channels are configured by administrators, so the channel available to you depends on your company environment.
