The Agentic platform has many pre-built agents you can use out of the box but it is also possible to create your own agent based on these pre-built agents using templates.

Step 1: Select a template

To do so, begin by going to the Agents menu items and creating a new agent with the + Create an assistant button. Then, you can browse the templates and select one you would like to customize. Note that you can filter the templates by type to find one quicker.

In this example, we will choose the “….” template.

Step 2: Customize the template

After choosing a template, you will find all the configuration information already filled. To make it more fitting to your case, you will need to modify the various fields according to your needs.
