Learn how to install the Kbot for O365 application in your Microsoft Teams environment.

You can add the app either for yourself, or to a team. Regardless of your choice, the installation processes are similar. 

Adding Kbot for yourself

1. Open Microsoft Teams.

2. Click Apps in the bottom left of the window.

3. In the search field, type Kbot365.

4. Click the app’s card.

6. In the installation dialog, click Add.

Adding Kbot to a team

1. Open Microsoft Teams.

2. Click Apps in the bottom left of the window.

3. In the search field, type Kbot365.

4. Click the app’s card.

5. Click the arrow in the Add button and select Add to a team.

6. Select a required channel to add Kbot for O365.

7. To start the installation, click Set up. After the installation is complete, the chatbot becomes available in both Posts and O365 tabs by default.

If you do not want to add a tab, click the arrow in the Set up button and select Set up a bot. You can add the tab manually at any point by clicking the + Add a tab button at the top of the window and selecting O365 from the list.
