Integration with Microsoft Teams

We used to support the Live chat functionalities only from the local channel. In this sprint we have implemented the Microsoft Teams support, so customers can reach the ServiceNow live chat directly from Teams.

Note that the Microsoft Teams support is available only for the "Connect support" module, which is going to become legacy on the Paris version.
