1. Go to Models & credentials menu;

2. Click Add credential to create a new credential;

3. Select the credential for SharePoint credential typecontent;

4. Give a name to your credential;

5. Type the Tenant URL of your SharePoint, such as https://konverso.sharepoint.com.

6. Provide the Username to connect to this site: this corresponds to the email address that will be used to access the files.

7. Provide the Password associated with the given email address:

   1. An app password for the account,

   2. OR the actual password of the account. Note that, in this case, Multi-factor authentication (MFA) must be disabled.
