With ServiceNow, you have access to the ServiceNow catalog as well as the ServiceNow knowledge base. Both can be leveraged as data sources by our platform’s agents if you have previously created a ServiceNow connectioncredential.

  1. Navigate to Models & credentials.

  2. Click Add credential to create a new credential;

  3. Select the ServiceNow credential type;

  4. Give a name to your credential;

  5. Type the URL of your ServiceNow instance, such as https://mycompany.service-now.com.

  6. Provide the Username to connect to this site.

  7. Provide the Password associated with the given Username.

  8. Click Create.

The new connection credential is now available in the Credentials list. You can now use it when creating a new ServiceNow catalog or ServiceNow KB (KB API)knowledge base data source.
