The Agentic platform has many pre-built agents you can use out of the box but it is you can also possible to create your own agent based on these pre-built agents using templates.

Step 1: Select a template
To do so, begin by going go to the Build > Agents menu items and creating a new agent with the + Create an assistant button. Then, and click the Create an agent button, or click directly on the Create an agent button on the top right of the page when in Build mode.
Then, during the first step of the creation process, you can browse the library of agent templates and select one you would like to customize. Note that you can filter the templates by type to find one quicker.
In this example, we will choose the “….” template.

For instance, you can select the Customer support agent template to customize it to fit your use case.

Step 2: Customize the template
After choosing a template, you will find be able to view all the configuration information already filled. To make it more fitting to your case, you will need to modify the various fields pre-filled information of the template and change it according to your needs.
