On this page, you will find the list of pre-built agents offered by the AI Agent platform. Most of them work right out of the box but some of them need some configuration on your part to be able to use them.

Categories

Our pre-built agents have been categorized to help you search for the ones you need in your daily work.

The pre-defined categories are the following:

  • Productivity: general productivity tasks for employees.

  • IT Support: help users with IT-related inquiries, especially regarding ServiceNow.

  • HR: support employees with all HR-related matters.

  • Marketing: manage digital marketing tasks.

  • Knowledge: manage written content, such as documentation.

  • Sales: manage sales-related matters, from customer insight, and sales Q&A to customer RFP.

  • Customer support: manage the customer support life cycle.

  • Analysis: manage analysis tasks.

You can also use one of these to categorize your agents when building your own.

Blog Expert

Marketing -ready to use / template

The Blog Expert helps users create, manage, and optimize blog content through features such as content generation, SEO optimization, editing, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Here are some sample questions that you can ask the agent:

  • Write a blog on [TOPIC]

  • Can you write a blog post based on this title "[TITLE]"?

  • Discuss [TOPIC]. Headline: "[TITLE]"

Calculus Expert

Productivity - ready to use / template

The Calculus Expert helps in performing computations.

Here are some sample questions that you can ask the agent:

  • What's the square of 1997?

  • What is a factorial?

  • What would the tax rate be in France for a 30k income?

Confluence Technical Writer

Knowledge - CREDENTIALS REQUIRED / template

The Confluence Technical Writer helps documentation writers create and edit Confluence pages.

Required set-up:

  1. You must have an Atlassian account that uses the same email address as the one connected to the platform.

  2. This account must at least have the View all, Add page, and Add attachments permissions on the Confluence spaces you wish to consult/modify.

  3. You must create Atlassian credentials using this account within the platform.

The Content Ideation Agent generates content ideas for various platforms like blogs, social media, or marketing campaigns.

The Content Reviewer helps users with documentation writing tasks, including providing synonyms, definitions, and sentence rewriting.

Customer Prep Meeting Agent

Sales -Custom instructions required / template

The Customer Prep Meeting Agent aids in preparing for a client meeting by providing detailed information on companies, key individuals, and industry trends.

Required set-up:

To use this agent, you must customize the instructions template by replacing [Business] with the name of the company or the industry field you wish to investigate.

Customer Support Agent

Customer support -Custom instructions required / DATA SOURCE required / template

The Customer Support Agent addresses customer inquiries about your company's products and features by searching your company’s product documentation.

Required set-up:

  1. Customizing the agent’s description and instructions: Replace [COMPANY] with the name of your company.

  2. Adding your own data source to the agent:

    • You must create one or several data sources with your company’s product documentation. These data sources can be documents or external integrations.

    • Then, you must add these data sources when configuring the agent with the Customer support Agent template in Build > Agents.

Customer Support Response Helper

Customer support -CREDENTIALS required / template / ready to use

The Customer Support Response Helper agent helps support agents craft responses to customer tickets.

Required set-up:

  1. You must have an Atlassian account that uses the same email address as the one connected to the Agentic platform.

  2. This account must have access to the Jira project used for customer support tickets and have permission to view the tickets.

  3. You must create Atlassian credentials using this account within the platform.

Data Researcher

Analysis - ready to use / template

The Data Researcher searches for information on the web to produce reports sourced in the format:

  • Intro

  • Section 1

  • Section 2

  • Section 3

  • Conclusion

Usage example:

Decision Digest

Productivity / template

The Decision Digest agent analyzes data in the Information/Decision/Action (IDA) format and presents the findings in an organized table format.

Email Specialist For Customer Interaction

Sales -ready to use / template

The Email Specialist For Customer Interaction automates and enhances communication during the first customer interaction by drafting, personalizing, and emailing responses to customer inquiries.

Go No Go Agent RFP

Sales -DATA SOURCE REQUIRED / template

The Go No Go Agent RFP assists in decision-making on responding to RFPs.

Required set-up:

You must provide the data source(s) that the agent will base its decision on (RFP(s), website(s), product documentation, etc.):

  1. Create one or several data sources according to your needs. These data sources can be documents (RFP(s)) or external integrations (such as a website for example).

  2. Then, you must add these data sources when configuring the agent with the Go No Go Agent RFP template in Build > Agents.

HR Officer

HR - ready to use / template

The HR Officer knows everything about HR procedures and can answer questions based on its knowledge and/or using information from the web.

The Image Analyzer agent specializes in the analysis of images.

Interactive RFP Agent

Sales -DATA SOURCE REQUIRED / template

The Interactive RFP Agent responds to specific questions from an RFP.

Required set-up:

You must provide data source(s) containing prior knowledge from previous RFPs and relevant documents, including PDFs and past Q&A:

  1. Upload your documents in Data sources > Documents.

  2. Then, you must add these documents when configuring the agent with the Interactive RFP Agent template in Build > Agents.

IT Expert

IT Support -DATA SOURCE REQUIRED / ready to use / template

The IT Expert knows all about IT issues and can answer questions using its knowledge or by using the web.

Required set-up:

For the IT agent to answer IT questions pertaining exclusively to your company’s IT processes, you must provide one or several data sources that contain the relevant information:

  1. Create one or several data sources according to your needs. These data sources can be documents or external integrations.

  2. Then, you must add these data sources when configuring the agent with the IT Expert template in Build > Agents.

The Konverso Help agent is dedicated to answering your questions about Konverso’s AI Agent platform.

The Prompt Expert creates and refines prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate, relevant, and contextually appropriate responses that meet the user's objectives.

Sales Expert

The Sales Expert answers all questions regarding your company’s products, solutions, partners, clients, resources, pricing, and more.

Required set-up:

  1. Customizing the agent’s description and instructions: Replace [COMPANY] with the name of your company.

  2. Adding your own data source to the agent:

    • You must create one or several data sources containing your company’s knowledge related to partners, clients, solutions, etc. (e.g. your company’s website and other resources). Those data sources can be documents (PDFs, Excel files, etc.) or external integrations.

    • Then, you must add these data sources when configuring the agent with the Sales Expert template in Build > Agents.

Sales RFP Agent

Sales -DATA SOURCE REQUIRED / template

The Sales RFP Agent responds to specific questions from a Request for Proposal (RFP) and populates an Excel file with the corresponding answers.

Required set-up:

You must provide data source(s) containing prior knowledge from previous RFPs and relevant documents, including PDFs and past Q&A:

  1. Upload your documents in Data sources > Documents.

  2. Then, you must add these documents when configuring the agent with the Sales RFP Agent template in Build > Agents.

Security Officer

IT Support - Custom instructions required / DATA SOURCE REQUIRED / template

The Security Officer answers any questions related to your company’s security policies.

Required set-up:

  1. Customizing the agent’s description and instructions: Replace [COMPANY] with the name of your company.

  2. Adding your own data source to the agent:

    • You must create one or several data sources containing your company’s knowledge related to their security policies. Those data sources can be documents or external integrations.

    • Then, you must add these data sources when configuring the agent with the Security Officer template in Build > Agents.

Senior Data Researcher

Analysis - ready to use / template

The Senior Data Researcher copies the exact content of the final report returned by the Data research tool. This tool makes three calls to the Data Researcher agent to generate a report that merges three reports based on each section of an initial report.

The Service Catalog Clerk perfectly knows the ServiceNow catalog and can recommend specific items.

Required set-up:

  1. You must have a ServiceNow account that uses the same email address/username as the one connected to the Agentic platform.

  2. You must create ServiceNow credentials using this account within the platform.

  1. Adding your own data source to the agent:

    • You must create a ServiceNow catalog data source.

    • Then, you must add this data source when configuring the agent with the Service Catalog Clerk template in Build > Agents.

Social Media Expert

The Social Media Expert crafts compelling, platform-specific posts for Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook, tailored to engage the target audience effectively.
