We’re thrilled to share some fantastic updates that we’ve been working on to enhance your experience with the Agentic platform!

Discover what's new on the Agentic platform :

MCP configurations

We’ve added the highly anticipated MCP (Model Context Protocol) feature to the Platform, allowing you to create your own MCP configurations by choosing among the server types we propose, such as Outlook MCP Server by Konverso, Zapier MCP Server, etc.

You can then add these MCP configurations to any agent so that they have access to their tools in the chat.

Tools’ customization

You can now clone existing tools and customize their configuration by adding your own parameters.

New tool: Image generation

You can now add the Image generation tool to your agents, allowing them to generate images given user prompts.

Introducing new LLMs

We’ve updated the LLMs available on the platform.

  • New LLM: Mistral Small via Scaleway

  • Replacements for some EU models via Azure:

    • GPT 4o -> GPT 4.1

    • o1 --> o3

    • o3 mini -> o4 mini

Agent introspection capabilities

All agents can now properly answer questions about themselves, such as what tools they have access to, the languages they can speak, the types of files they can handle, etc.

Agents’ internal thoughts displayed in the chat

You can now view the thinking process of an agent by clicking the View thoughts notification in the agent’s response.

New credentials: Microsoft Teams – Azure Bot Framework 

You can now set up Microsoft Teams – Azure Bot Framework credentials to allow you to discuss with your agents in Microsoft Teams.

We’re thrilled to share some fantastic updates that we’ve been working on to enhance your experience with the Agentic platform! Here’s a sneak peek at the significant changes we’ve made:

Agent response copy in HTML

You can now copy the content of an agent’s response in HTML format via the Copy button.

Like and dislike feature

You can now indicate whether you find an agent’s response useful or not by clicking the (Like) or  (Dislike) button.

Responsive chat view on mobile devices

The platform is now properly displayed on mobile devices (such as smartphones and tablets), allowing you to easily chat with agents on the go.

Introducing new LLMs

We’ve added LLMs hosted in the US for you to test with your agents:

  • GPT 4o – ChatGPT via OpenAI

  • GPT 4.1 via Azure and OpenAI

  • GPT 4.1 mini via Azure and OpenAI

Improvements in the listing of models

  • We have added the Speed column in the list of models, allowing you to decide which models to use based on their response speed.

  • We have improved the display of the origin of the models by adding country flags: - - .

New feature to filter agents in Build mode

You can now filter agents by using the Filters side panel in the Agents view.

Notification when missing credentials for accessing tools

Agents will now tell you if you’re missing credentials when trying to use a tool requiring them.

Better prompts for the pre-built agents

We have improved the prompts of the pre-built agents to follow a defined layout.

“Ask me” agents

We have removed the Basic LLMs agent category and moved the agents to the General category with new names:

  • Ask me - Claude Sonnet

  • Ask me - GPT 4o

  • Ask me - Mistral Large

Various performance enhancements

We have also implemented several performance enhancements to improve your experience on the platform.

We've been working on new features and enhancements to improve your experience. Here’s what's new on the Agentic platform.

New onboarding screen

We’ve improved the onboarding experience, making it easier to invite your team members right when you sign up for your free trial.

Introducing new LLMs

We’ve added new LLMs to use in your agents’ configurations:

  • Nova Lite & Nova Pro via AWS

  • Claude Sonnet – Reasoning via AWS

  • Llama DeepSeek 70B & Llama 3.3 70B via Scaleway (Sovereign cloud)

Better display of the models' listing

We’ve added new columns to the models' listing:

  • Developer: indicates who developed a particular model

  • CO²: indicates the environmental impact of a model

New Google Drive integration

Agents can now leverage the files from your Google Drive via the new Google Drive external integration. Just create Google JSON Key credentials to get started.

“View thoughts” tooltip

Our new tooltip allows you to see the reasoning behind your agent’s responses. This feature is only available for models with a reasoning capability, such as Claude Sonnet - Reasoning. Click on the “View thoughts” tooltip in the chat to explore the thought process of the LLM.

⌨️ Chat streaming feature

Agent responses are now displayed in a continuous stream, allowing for a smoother user experience.

Chat with Basic LLMs

You can now chat with basic LLMs, such as Claude, Llama, GPT, and Mistral without the need for specific instructions or configuration.

Renaming of the SharePoint credential types

We’ve updated the naming of the SharePoint credential types for better clarity:

  • SharePoint --> SharePoint – O365 user account

  • Azure Application for SharePoint --> SharePoint – Azure Entra ID app registration

Tools improvement

  • The Data research tool has been renamed to Detailed report generation for clarity.

  • The Word - Create file and Word - Write content tools have been improved to allow a better creation with a proper title and structure.

  • The Excel - Write content tool now allows agents to write in multiple cells at once.

Live chat

Needing help in using the platform? You can now discuss with a live agent via the dedicated live chat widget available on the platform.

February 27th, 2025

We've been working on new features and enhancements to improve your experience. Here’s what's new on the Agentic platform.

New “Partial success” status for the data sources

We’ve added a new “Partial success” status which indicates that the data source is usable, but not all content is accessible.

Time since the last synchronization of data sources

You can now see when a data source was last synchronized in its dedicated side panel.

New tools

You can now add the following tools to your agents:

  • ServiceNow – Update ticket: This tool enables the agent to add comments to a ServiceNow ticket.

  • Word – Create file: This tool allows the agent to create a new Word file.

  • Word – Write content: This tool allows the agent to write content in a given Word file.

Delete button in the conversation history

You can now delete previous conversations using the Delete button located next to each conversation.

Better display of the LLMs

The LLM listing now includes two new columns indicating the server location and the CO₂ impact for each LLM.

Credentials verification

You can now verify the validity of your credentials by clicking the Resync button in the credentials list.

Since the launch of our AI Agent platform, we've been working hard on new features and enhancements to improve your experience. Here’s what's new on the platform. 

 

🔍Resync button for data sources and agents 

You can now resynchronize your data sources and agents by using the dedicated Resync button available in the Agents and External integrations views. 

 

🖥️ Side panels for agents, external integrations, and tools 

We've added side panels to agents, external integrations, and tools, enabling you to access detailed information about a specific agent, external integration, or tool from their dedicated view. 

 

🔧 Small improvements for the Agents, Credentials, and External integrations views 

  • You can now identify the creator of specific credentials and external integrations through the Created By column. 

  • The "Only me" permission for creating or chatting with an agent has been renamed to "Creator" to remove any ambiguity. 

 

❔ Preset questions for pre-built agents 

We've added preset questions to the pre-built agents to assist users in effectively engaging with them. 

 

🧠 New LLM available 

Agent Builders can now configure their agents to use the Llama 3.3 70B model, which is hosted in Europe and provided by Azure. 

 

⌨️ Full sign-up process with Stripe 

We've finalized the subscription setup process with Stripe, enabling newcomers to set up their subscriptions and start a 14-day free trial of the platform. 

 

▶️ Product tour 

We've added a product tour to guide first-time users on the platform. The tour will automatically activate when users access the Agents view in Build mode for the first time.

You can now access interactive video tutorials showcasing the various features of the platform. You can view these tutorials here.

Official launch

Official launch of the Agentic platform

Following our Beta period that started in November 2024, we are now excited to announce the official launch of our innovative AI Agent platform, designed to facilitate seamless interactions with Generative AI-powered agents.

What you can do on the platform:

  • Discuss with pre-built agents in a dedicated chat interface, or create your own agents from scratch or via a template to fit your use cases.

  • Add different enterprise data sources including SharePoint, Confluence, and others in a secure way to allow your AI agents to perform the specific tasks they are designed for.

  • Add tools to your AI Agents to empower them to perform value-added tasks.

  • Manage your workspace, add and remove users, and leverage Analytics to monitor the usage of your workspace.

Launch of the Agentic platform beta

We are pleased to introduce the launch of our new Agentic platform that enables you to discuss with LLM-powered agents designed to help you with various tasks, such as searching the web or content management for instance. The platform also allows you to create your own agents to fit your needs.

Main features:

  • Chatbot: Discuss with pre-built agents in a dedicated chat interface.

  • Agents: Create your own agents from scratch or via a template to fit your use cases.

  • Data sources: Add your own data sources to allow your agents to search and retrieve information related to the user’s query and generate the most correct answers.

  • Credentials: Access your data in external integrations and enable the usage of specific tools by adding dedicated credentials.

  • Tools: Add specific abilities to your agents by using our line of default tools.

  • Analytics: Monitor the usage of your agents.
