Data sources containing documents (files and folders) are managed in Build > Data sources > Documents. This page allows you to view your data sources, search for a specific one via the search bar, and modify and delete a data source.Documents can be managed individually or in specific folders. As such, you can either create a folder and add your external files or files that have already been uploaded or you can directly upload a folder or documentfolders and documents, create folders, and add documents.

Give a name to your folder;
Next, you have two options:
Upload new files or folders by dragging and dropping them in the required area.
Add existing files or folders to this new folder. In this case, you will be able to choose files or folders that have already been uploaded to the platform and used in other data sources. Select the ones you want to add and click
Click Create.
Uploading a document
You can upload files and folders by clicking the Upload documentsdocument button next to the Create folder button.
Give a name to your file or folder;
Next, drag and drop your file or folder in the required area.
Click Create to create the new data sourceClick the Select files button;
Choose the file(s) to add and click Open;
Switch on the Overwrite existing files button if you want to replace the existing files with new ones;
Click Upload to add the documents.
Once your documents are uploaded and ready, you can add them to your agents.

Now that the documents have been added, you can select them as a data source when creating an agent.
