Dashboard is a convenient way to arrange and present information. Multiple dashboards allow you to get quick access to the most important data.
Multiple dashboards
To switch between dashboards, go to the Home view and click Select dashboard in the upper right of the window.
Home: information about chat sessions, intents usage, user statement understanding, and so on.
Management overview: most common intents, number of conversations per month, deflection percentage, and so on.
Typology of conversations: check the types of best responses, most returned articles, and so on.
Business case: user statement routing, deflection statistics, metrics on conversation and user statements.
Setting a default dashboard
If you use a particular dashboard more often that others, you can set it as default. In this case it is displayed first as you open the back office. Note that if you have viewed other dashboards, the system remembers the last one that you have selected and displays it when you open the Home view again.
To set a default dashboard, switch to the required dashboard and click the Star icon in the upper right of the window.
