Dashboards
Dashboards help to arrange and present information. Multiple dashboards allow you to get quick access to the most important data.
Multiple dashboards
To switch between dashboards, go to the Home view and click Select dashboard in the upper right of the window.
Home: view information about chat sessions, intents usage, user statement understanding, new and returning users, and so on.
Typology of conversations: check the types of best responses, most returned articles, the statistics on training, and so on.
Management overview: most common intents, number of conversations per month, deflection percentage, historical trends in surveys, and so on.
Business case: study the data on user statement routing, deflection statistics, and metrics on conversation and user statements.
Setting a default dashboard
If you use a particular dashboard more often than others, you can set it as default. In this case it is displayed every time you reload the page (or close the tab). When you keep browsing the UI, the system remembers the last displayed dashboard.
To set a default dashboard, switch to the required dashboard and click the Star icon in the upper right of the window.
