Learn the ways of interacting with Koji. You can type, click buttons, use the text-to-speech and speech-to-text features, and so on.

Interactions

Users can type their requests in the text field or click buttons, when Koji suggest actions.

Open

Starting new conversations

Click the arrow icon in the text input field to stop the current conversation and start a new one. Previous messages will remain on the screen.

Clearing the chat

Select this option from the menu in the upper right of the chat window to remove all the messages from the screen.

Selecting the language

Select the language from the menu in the upper right of the chat window.

Text-to-speech

Enable this feature so that your chatbot can speak; it will pronounce all messages from the chat. To enable text-to-speech, click the menu icon in the upper left of the chat and select Enable Text-to-speech.

Speech-to-text

If you want to talk to Koji, enable the speech-to-text feature. To do so, click the microphone icon to the right of the input box.

Now try talking to Koji. Once you have finished your phrase, the chatbot displays the text it has managed to understand. If it is not accurate enough, you can repeat.
