Adding support for Microsoft Teams.

• KB-9307: Our bot technology can be deployed as an application inside Microsoft Teams. The open task for us is to add the Jira Service Desk authentication such that we can authenticate the user accordingly.

Model Organisations as UserGroup

• KB-9334: We currently show the Customers but it is not possible to get analytic details by Organization. We are working on building User Groups to model the Jira SDM Organizations.

• KB-9393: It can be important to identify business entities, for the purpose of spell check, of improved content search, of better routing of user questions. While our product has full Named Entity capabilities, these are not currently exposed in the Koji solution. We are looking at defining simple ways for our Koji customers to define their own business entities.
