Channels
Adding support for Microsoft Teams.
KB-9307: Our bot technology can be deployed as an application inside Microsoft Teams. The open task for us is to add the Jira Service Desk authentication such that we can authenticate the user accordingly.
Analytics
Model Organisations as UserGroup
KB-9334: We currently show the Customers but it is not possible to get analytic details by Organization. We are working on building User Groups to model the Jira SDM Organizations.
Natural language processing
Managing business corpus
KB-9393: It can be important to identify business entities, for the purpose of spell check, of improved content search, of better routing of user questions. While our product has full Named Entity capabilities, these are not currently exposed in the Koji solution. We are looking at defining simple ways for our Koji customers to define their own business entities.
Bot appearance
Bot avatar and name
It is not currently possible to update the bot avatar or its name (“koji”), but we do plan to add support for this although the timeline is not yet defined.
Language support
Automatic translation
Our Kbot technology has the ability to do in and out automatic translation such that your customers could be using non-supported languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, hindi, etc, and kbot will translate their input, process it, and finally translate the response back to the user. This support is currently being investigated inside the Koji project and we hope to be able to enable it in Koji soon.
