Users can ask their virtual assistant to show their tickets. In case multiple projects are defined, users can switch the project to view the associated tickets.
It is possible to set the default project and disable the project selection functionality.
Setting the default project
Open the configuration file kbot.conf and add the variable that defines the default project:
jsdm_default_project = GTS
Now the Switch project button is not available in the chat.
