This page provides the description of new features and improvements in Virtual agent for IT Service Desk.

  • The new tool for managing tables from ServiceNow environments is available: Table of ServiceNow objects. The tool allows you to specify the sys_class_name and columns. As the result, you can quickly view the contents of the table.

  • ServiceNow catalogs have localization for objects, including catalog items. Now it is possible to obtain the required localization from tables. The new functionality allows to work in multilanguage ServiceNow environments.

  • Kbot is now able to convert any ServiceNow catalog form into a conversational interaction. The service related questions are converted into questions in the bot dynamically. This enhancements make it easy to provide complete catalog fulfillment through the virtual agent.
