Managing tables
The new tool for managing tables from ServiceNow environments is available: Table of ServiceNow objects. The tool allows you to specify the
sys_class_name
and columns. As the result, you can quickly view the contents of the table.
Localization
ServiceNow catalogs have localization for objects, including catalog items. Now it is possible to obtain the required localization from tables. The new functionality allows to work in multilanguage ServiceNow environments.
Catalogs
Kbot is now able to convert any ServiceNow catalog form into a conversational interaction. The service related questions are converted into questions in the bot dynamically. This enhancements make it easy to provide complete catalog fulfillment through the virtual agent.
