Automatic host definition

The know-dev.konverso.ai host was set in the code for sending messages from an agent, which meant that the right host was to be specified manually on each customer host. Now we send the proper host in the JSON file, so there is no need to modify anything manually.

When you upgrade to the new release, make sure the following things are done:

• The Virtual Agent for IT Help Desk application is updated

• The new update set from Konverso is installed

Language setting for search

The search used to be performed in the user’s language. Now it is possible to specify the language that shall be used during the search.
