Kbot for Snow app

Konverso is building an application that allows to quickly connect a ServiceNow instance to a Kbot instance. As our application is being registered now, we hope that it will be available in the ServiceNow marketplace in early November. At the moment our Kbot for Snow application can be distributed by the means of the Bitbucket repository. If you want to test the app in a preview mode, contact us.

Guided Setup

We want to make the configuration of the application easy and fast, so we have set up the interactive Guided Setup, the installation wizard of ServiceNow. It explains the following key points:

  • Granting permissions;

  • Connecting to the Kbot virtual agent;

  • Configuring the OAuth 2.0 authorization;

  • Adding the widget to your portal: either globally, or for a specific page; 

  • Customizing the widget, so it fits your organization's style.

Training import

We introduce the new report: Content > Knowledge Training > Import/Export > Snow training import. It allows to quickly import training sentences and associated knowledge articles from ServiceNow. The report leverages existing ServiceNow models and it is beneficial to companies that use the KCS service delivery method, which provides the best knowledge management practices. The training includes knowledge articles that are associated with incidents or requests and helps to increase the bot training efficiency.
