This page provides the description of new features and improvements in Virtual agent for IT Service Desk.

New versions support

  • Virtual Agent for IT Service Desk is now compatible with new versions of ServiceNow: Paris and Quebec.

Widget

  • We have enhanced the responsiveness of the widget on mobile devices. Now the widget adjusts to the window size.

  • The Close button has been enlarged, so it is easier to tap it on mobile devices.

  • We have enhanced the widget button: now it can display an icon.

Guided Setup

  • A few typos in the Guided Setup are fixed.

  • The common term “ticket” is replaced with more precise definitions, such as “incident” and “request”.

Tables localization

  • The label of the x_konve_kbot_test_relationship table is fixed.

Variables and objects

  • We have renamed two variables, making their names more explicit. Now the gr_chat_queue_entry and gr_live_group_profile variables are used.

  • The description of KonversoWebChatWidget and KonversoWidgetSettingsAjax objects have been improved.
