Kbot provides federated searches and may look for content in various Snow tables or other corporate sites such as Sharepoint sites, or other public sites such as Microsoft Support or Google Support documentation.

The Kbot internal system that analyzes articles that have been liked by users. Based on this analysis, Kbot offers useful articles to users when appropriate, which speeds up the search for a solution. If your colleagues consider some articles useful - Kbot displays these articles in the first place.
Where can I talk to Kbot?
Kbot supports multiple communication channels, including web chat, Skype, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft TeamsMicrosoft Teams, Google Chat, Skype for Business, etc. The channels are configured by administrators, so the channel available to you depends on your company environment.
