One of Konverso’s priorities is creating secure solutions and services. Our team strives to ensure the robust protection of both our intellectual property and clients' data. This document describes how we deal with security bugs.

Our product is in the constant development, so we improve it and take care of various issues on a regular basis. Once a vulnerability is discovered, we create a internal ticket for tracking the issue and deal with it in accordance with the given issue’s priority. The issues that cover security vulnerability get the high priority.
