Users are people interacting with Kbot: asking questions, managing tickets, etc.
Features
The following features are available for users:
Start new conversations
Click the arrow icon in the text input field to stop the current conversation and start a new one. Previous messages will remain on the screen.
Attach files
Attach files to your tickets. You can attach files at any moment of the conversation when the bot is gathering information required for a ticket creation.
Clear the chat
Select this option from the menu in the upper right of the chat window to remove all the messages from the screen.
Export
You can export either a current conversation or the complete conversation history. The data is exported in the TXT format.
Open chat in separate window
Continue the communication in a new window.
Help
Open the Chat Help to view tips, useful commands, etc.
Click the Help button, and the help is opened in a new tab. Alternatively, type #help
to see the tips in the chat itself.
