Service account

Service account is required for the application to perform properly. Set up the account that is associated with the app by granting a number of roles:

• impersonator: allows your service account to impersonate another user.

• service_account_impersonate: allows your service account to use the APIs of the app.

• Other ACLs related to the ServiceNow data potentially requested.
