What languages does Kbot know?

Currently Kbot supports two languages: French and English. You can switch between languages during conversations.

Where does Kbot search for the information? 

There are five main sources of knowledge. Kbot uses them to find the most relevant information. 

ServiceNow

The ServiceNow knowledge bases share useful information, such as self-help, troubleshooting, or task resolution. Learn more about ServiceNow services on their website.

Mandarine MOOC

Online massive open online course (MOOC) and tutorials for the Office 365 community. To learn more about it, visit the Training Portal and the Mandarine Academy website.

Microsoft Support

The Office Help & Training portal, support.office.com.

Microsoft Graph

Microsoft Graph provides users with the access to both data and intelligence in Microsoft 365. To learn more about Microsoft Graph and its main features, view the Microsoft documentation.

Recommender System

The Kbot internal system that analyzes articles that have been liked by users. Based on this analysis, Kbot offers useful articles to users when appropriate, which speeds up the search for a solution. If your colleagues consider some articles useful - Kbot displays these articles in the first place.

Where can I talk to Kbot? 

Kbot supports multiple communication channels, including web chat, Skype, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Teams, etc. The channels are configured by administrators, so the channel available to you depends on your company environment.
