Managing tickets

Tickets are an important part of business processes and daily tasks. Koji is here to help you manage tickets, whether you need to create a new one, or to work with the existing ones.

Managing tickets

To start working with your tickets, click the Request management button:

 

Creating tickets

To create a new ticket, you can either type what you need in the text field, or click the Create new button:

Koji will ask you some questions, such as the kind of request, its description, and so on. It uses this data to create a ticket in the Jira system.

Viewing tickets

When you have tickets, they are displayed in Koji’s message. If you want to view a specific ticket’s details, click the Select button.

You can add a comment by clicking the Add a comment button. Koji will add your comment to the ticket.
