You can ask Koji to give you details about a specific request by providing its ID.

Creating tickets

You can ask Koji to create a new ticket. Koji will ask you to give more details to create the ticket, such as the type of request, the summary of the request, and the description, for example.

Depending on Koji’s settings, you might also get a direct link to the request form instead of providing the information directly in the chat.
