Adding a global widget
The global widget is available for all the users of the portal, whether they are logged in or not. The widget is available on all the pages.
Adding a widget
1. In ServiceNow, navigate go to Portals.
2. Find your active service portal and click the theme link of the portal (La Jolla).
3. On the theme page, scroll down to the JS Includes section.
4. Click New to add a new instance with the following parameters:
Display name: type any name.
Source type: Select the UI script.
UI script: Select the
x_konve_kbot_test.KonversoWebChatWidget
script.
5. Click Update.
Result
Now the Konverso Kbot for Snow virtual agent widget button is displayed on all the pages of your ServiceNow portal.
